The Forest Inn in our Community
The Forest Inn & Conference Centre is proud to play an important role in our community. From providing sponsorship to fundraising drives, to hosting community events such as the pond hockey tournament, to playing an active role within our Chamber of Commerce, being part of the community is central to our operations.
In early winter 2008, the Forest Inn played host to a pond hockey tournament! The ice on Pelican Lake in front of our facility was plowed into six ice hockey rinks. We were happy to provide parking for spectators and players, as well as warm-up rooms inside the hotel to make sure everyone was comfortable. We look forward to future pond hockey tournaments as the 2008 edition was a resounding success!
